Join AHA and special guest collaborators for a month-long exploration of women’s health and wellness during times of change. This special series blends online and in-person events designed to support women dealing with the only constant in life: change.
With Autumn here we celebrate the changing seasons and explore this season’s connection to the autumn of our menstrual cycle: the Luteal/Pre-menstrual Phase as well as the fluxuating change which occurs before menopause. Each of these moments in life bring changes in mood, energy, focus, and motivation. Understanding these rythmic changes, be them monthly, annually, and of a life phase helps to establish an understanding for how to move with grace and consideration to what our body is telling us.
Join AHA as we begin the conversation of these moments of change and how to navigate them to become the best version of yourself on the other end.

Every year brings the change of autumn. Every month we experience the luteal/premenstrual phase of our cycle. As we age we experience 'the change' of menopause. Change is a regular facet of who we are and how we function! We will discuss and learn ATMAT for at home massage to increase circulation to the uterus and combat fibroids, prolapse, scar tissue, and more. *
Saturday's class will focus on the use of cupping during self care while re-affirming the basics from Friday's class. These classes do not need to be taken together.

Cupping therapy is integrated into a number of professions these days, and for good reason! This therapy is effective and easily integrated into your daily routine of self care. In this class we will discuss and explore various cupping techniques that may be applied for lymphatic, muscular, and uterine health. These techniques, alongside the ATMAT lessons offered on Friday, further help to increase circulation to the lymphatic system and uterus; combatting fibroids, prolapse, scar tissue, and more. *

HOW TO PREPARE:
Bring a yoga mat, and 2 pillows for comfort. Plan to lay on your back on the floor for approximately 30 minutes.
Please wear clothing that allows access to legs and arms: from elbows to hands and knees to feet.
